The Alvarez brothers, Armando Alvarez chef  and owner of Capet Restaurant and Gonzalo Alvarez of Morralet restaurant, come together to create an irresistible gastronomic event.

 Parmentier of leeks, scallops and pickles brochette

Onion stuffed with tuna rillet, pickled carrot, saffron and botarga  

Grilled squid with oily dried bonito broth, chard and the perfume of sake and ginger 

Fish from the market with its textured ajada and organic spinach sprouts 

Loin of Daina puréed celery turnip with vanilla and nasturtium 

Vine peach and cardamom cream
